Korean President Park Geun-Hye Impeached!!
South Korean President’s impeachment is finalized by their Constitutional Court’s decision on March 10. The Korea Herald reported that 86% of Korean public approves of Park’s impeachment and that among the presidential candidates, “The survey showed Moon to be the unrivalled front-runner, with 36 percent in support rating.” (http://www.koreaherald.com/view.php?ud=20170310001053) Now Korea has a chance to elect new president who will be more interested to addressing the dog meat cruelty issue. FIFA U-20 World Cup Korea 2017 will be held in South Korea in about a couple of months – May 20 to June 11. The world will be watching South Korea, which is why this is perfect time you take action to support our campaign to end the horrific dog and cat meat trade in South Korea for good!

Leafleting & Informational Event on South Korean Dog Meat Trade
We will be displaying our banners/posters, handing out leaflets and collecting petition signatures against extremely cruel South Korean dog meat trade at this famous San Francisco tourist attraction and landmark. Click HERE to see the photos from our previous event on Feb 11, 2017!
Free T-shirts and cold drinks are provided to volunteers at this event.
Location: San Francisco, Fisherman’s Wharf located near the corner of Jefferson and Powell streets along the chain link fence.
Date/Time: March 18, 2017 Saturday. 9am – 4:30pm. Setting up our display is a lot of work. We would appreciate it very much if you can come early. But if you can’t, please come when you can and stay as long as you can.
