[Update: 4/9/18] Busan KAPCA Shutting down dog farm with Ulsan Dong-gu District Office

This is an update on the Ulsan Dong-gu dog farm case previous reported at: https://koreandogs.org/bkapca-ulsan-dong-gu/.
Busan Korea Alliance for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (KAPCA) had visited the dog farm again to check on the status and found that the dog farmer had added more small dogs to his farm. Busan KAPCA reported this to the police and tried hard to get the police to respond. The Dong-gu office confiscated the 10 small dogs and took them to the vet offices around Ulsan, but the dog farmer adamantly refused to release the large dogs. There was a dog that was seriously burned, found in their first visit to this dog farm that the vet had recommended to humanely euthanize. But CARE volunteered to take the burned dog to treat her. Busan KAPCA could not rescue the ten newly confiscated small dogs because they are still trying to find homes for the previous rescue from Yangsan. They are asking for your interest and assistance in adopting these small dogs taken by the Dong-gu office.
