2. 현재 수영구 전역은 부산광역시 수영구 오수·분뇨 및 가축분뇨의 관리에 관한 조례 제15조에 의거하여 가축사육제한 구역으로 식용목적의 개 사육이 금지되어 있으며 사육농가 또한 없습니다. 향후 불법적으로 개를 도살하는 행위를 철저히 단속하겠으며, 적발될 시 동물보호법 제8조에 의거하여 적법하게 처리하겠습니다.
