1. 안녕하십니까? 평소 동물보호에 관심을 가져주신 귀하께 깊은 감사를 드립니다.

2. 귀하께서 국민신문고를 통해 신청하신 민원에 대한 검토 결과를 다음과 같이 알려드립니다.

3. 귀하의 민원내용은 “불법 개농장에 대한 행정처분 촉구”로 이해됩니다.

4. 귀하의 민원에 대한 검토 및 현장 확인 결과는 다음과 같습니다.
– 45개의 장소 중 동물보호법 위반 내역은 적발되지 않았습니다.
– 4곳의 무허가 가축분뇨배출시설을 확인하였으며, 해당 가축분뇨배출시설에 대하여 적법한 처분을 할 예정입니다. 그 외 41개소 중 11개소는 정상적으로 신고된 가축분뇨배출시설이며, 11개소는 가축분뇨배출시설 신고대상이 아니며, 나머지 19개소는 개사육시설이 존재하지 않았습니다.
– 10개소의 축사(견사)에서 건축법 위반사항을 확인하였으며, 해당 축사에 대해서는 건축법에 따른 행정처분이 행해질 것임을 알려드립니다.

1. Thanks for your interest in our province’s animal protection.

2. I would like to inform you of the result of the review of the complaint you noticed through the website.

3. Your complaint is understood as “Request to take administrative action against illegal dog farms”.

4. The results of the review of your complaint are as follows.
– There is no violation of Animal Protection Act about 45 locations.
– We checked the listed 45 locations and confirmed 4 unauthorized livestock waste-generating facility and will take ligal action against the livestock waste-generating facility. 41 other locations, 11 locations are authorized livestock waste-generating facility, 11 locations are not subject to authorize livestock waste-generating facility. and there were no dog farm in the other 19 locations.
– As a results of the on-site inspection, we have confirmed the violation of the Building Act in 10 livestock farm, and we inform you that administrative measures will be taken under the Building Act.
