2. The main point of the petition you submitted is understood to about the “Article 8 of the Animal Protection Act and Article 7 of the Livestock Sanitation Control Act”.
3. The results of our review on your petition are as follows.
A. Currently, there are no dog farms for food use in Danyag County. Danyag County is trying to spread awareness about the animal registration system and the importance of dog leash for the expansion of the proper way to control and handle a pet and the protection and welfare for animals.
B. We also inform you that there are no slaughterhouses in our county. We will always do our best to improve animal welfare.

2. It is understood that you asked about “whether or not there is a violation of the Waste Management Act and the Act on the Management and Use of Livestock Excreta in Danyang-gun.”
3. The results of our review on your petition are as follows.
A. Based on the investigaion on the barn, it has been confirmed that there was no violation of the Waste Management Act and we requested them to keep complying with the Waste Management Act.
B. It has also been confirmed that discharge facilities have been reported in accordance with the Act on the Management and Use of Livestock Excreta.
