– 안녕하십니까? 귀하께서 국민신문고를 통해 신청하신 민원에 대한 검토 결과를 다음과 같이 알려드립니다.
– 행정안전부에서는 외국인 민원인을 민원 처리에 관한 법률 시행령 제2조제1항에 해당되지 아니하는 한 국내에 주소 혹은 거소를 두고 있는 외국인이나, 외국 법인 또는 단체가 포함된다고 하고 있습니다. 따라서 귀하께서는 국내에 거소 혹은 주소를 두고 있는 민원인에 해당하지 않아 부득이 내부종결 처리 하오니 양해하여 주시기 바랍니다.
