한국사람들이 정말 너무나 잔인하네요.
빨리 카라로 보네주세요. 얼어죽는건 너무나도 잔인한 동물학대입니다.

They claim that they cannot release the dogs to KARA, but they also will not move these dogs indoors so that they won’t freeze to death! This is the typical indifferent attitude that we have seen time and time again by the South Korean government.

We have filed another petition addressed to the Goyang District Prosecutors’ Office and the the Ilsan East Police Station as the City of Goyang has suggested us to do.

The dogs rescued from the illegal dog slaughterhouse that you mentioned have been confiscated as evidence with a search warrant issued from the court, and are under the protection of the Goyang City Animal Protection Center. Since it is not possible for an administrative agency to take control over the subject of a judicial authority’s management, please make a request to the Goyang District Prosecutors’ Office or the Ilsan East Police Station in charge of the case.

Currently, Goyang City rescues numerous abandoned animals, and the rescued animals are safely protected at the Animal Protection Center. However, there is a serious shortage of kennel spaces, so to make spaces available for the animals, we ask for your help in finding these animals a good family home.

3. 귀하의 민원에 대한 검토 결과는 다음과 같습니다.
가. 귀하께서 말씀하신 설문동 불법 개도살장 구조견들은 법원으로부터 압수 수색 영장을 발부 받아 증거물로서 압수되었으며, 고양시동물보호센터에서 위탁 보호중입니다. 사법기관의 관리 대상에 대하여 행정기관이 인계 여부를 결정하는 것은 불가능한 상황이므로, 해당 사건을 담당하는 고양지검 또는 일산동부경찰서로 요청하여 주시기바랍니다.
나. 현재 고양시는 수많은 유기동물을 구조하고 있으며, 구조된 유기동물을 동물보호센터에서 안전하게 보호하고 있습니다. 그러나 보호 공간이 심각하게 부족한상황이오니, 보호 공간 확보를 위해서라도 보호 중인 유기동물들이 좋은 가정을 만날 수 있도록 유기동물 입양에 많은 관심을 부탁드립니다.
