2. In the case of food waste under the Waste Management Law, a person who has reported recycling may be used as feed for livestock, etc.: Provided, That the use of livestock feed shall be governed by the Feed Management Law.
In addition, in order to breed livestock beyond legal standards such as dogs, it is necessary to obtain register or permission for the installation of livestock manure discharge facilities.

In addition, it is prescribed as ‘livestock’ in Livestock breeding Law and Livestock Manure Law, but it is said that it does not follow the related laws such as Livestock Product Sanitation Management Law which is not prescribed as livestock product, Also, we are sorry to say that itself of dog slaughter is not legally prohibited in the current situation.
