Sharing from SaveKoreanDogs.org (Nami Kim)’s Facebook post.

Nami stated, “I would like to name this rescue “Moo” in honor of the old lady saving the dogs. I have arranged transport and Dr.Kim for the medical care spay/neuter. I am going to pull them out next Tuesday. Concerned about moving the mom and the new born babies. So sad I heard one puppy died this morning.

President Moon Jae-In,
please end the horrific dog and cat meat trade.

South Korea now has a new president who is more concerned about animal welfare than his predecessor, Park Geun-Hye who was impeached for corruption.  Now, we have a real opportunity to have our message heard by the new government and to bring about the change for which we have been worked so hard.

President Moon Jae-In had promised during his campaign, that he will improve the welfare of “animal friends”. So let’s not waste any time. Call, write, email President Moon and ask him to end the most urgent and important animal cruelty issue existing in South Korea today – the dog and cat meat trade!
