2. The City of Osan is making every effort to prevent animal abuse and improve animal welfare to make Osan a city where people and animals live together in harmony.
3. We checked the documentary film you mentioned and sincerely agreed that the cruel slaughter of dogs for food should end and that there should be a system to improve the unhygienic process.
4. Please note that the city does not allow dog farms for food and relevant animal abuse such as the slaughter of dogs.
