B. Result
1) Livestock department
– We inform you that we will make sure that the Animal Protection Act and the Act on the Management and Use of Livestock Excreta are properly operated.
2) Environmental guidance department
– We plan to inspect dog farms in Pocheon City and dispose of any violations in accordance with the Waste Control Act.
3) Architecture department
– We inform you that if any violation of the Building Act is confirmed in connection with your complaint, we will take administrative action in accordance with Article 79 of the Building Act(such as measures against illegal buildings, etc.).
4) Sewage department
– There is no personal sewage treatment facility (purifying tank) at the site, so there is no violation under the Sewerage Act
5) , Eco-environmental policy department
– The local eup/myeon/dong environment manager will go on a local business trip to check whether there is any violation of household wastes related to illegal dog farms reported by you. If confirmed, we inform you that we intend to order cleanliness maintenance measures in accordance with Article 8 (3) of the Waste Management Act.
