Outraged citizens are the true voice of justice.
The power to end animal cruelty comes from the collective action of citizens.
Pasha’s unjust death demands a response—and now is the time for us to deliver justice.

Rally Details
When: Sunday, August 31, 2025, at 2:00 PM
Where: In front of the Pasha Memorial Tent (358-3 Sinbu-dong, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si)
Hosted by: Citizens’ Action for Pasha’s Justice & Coexistence of Animal Rights on Earth (CARE)
Who: All citizens who are outraged by animal cruelty and want to see change.
Schedule
2:00 PM – 2:10 PM: Opening remarks and purpose of the rally
2:10 PM – 2:40 PM: Memorial service: display of Pasha’s photo, silent tribute, and flower offerings
2:40 PM – 3:00 PM: Open mic & press conference: citizen speeches and reading of the CARE statement
3:00 PM – 4:30 PM: March (approx. 5 km): from the memorial tent to Shindong-a Familien and on to the Shinan Police Station
Afterward: Refreshments and announcement of the next rally

Memorial Rally for ‘Pasha,’ the Dog Dragged to Death Over 4km — Protesters Demand New Legislation
A memorial rally was held in Cheonan for ‘Pasha,’ a dog who tragically died after being dragged for several kilometers while tied to a motor bicycle. Participants marched silently along the 4km route through the Sinbu-dong area — the same path Pasha was dragged — to honor the dog’s memory.
In response to the incident, citizens launched the “Pasha’s Law” Promotion Committee, urging lawmakers to introduce new legislation. Their demands include banning the act of tying animals to moving vehicles and mandating immediate action from police and local authorities in cases of animal abuse.
4km 끌려다녀 죽은 ‘파샤’ 추모 집회..’법 제정’ 촉구
천안에서 반려견이 자전거에 매달린 채 수km를 끌려다니다 죽은 사건과 관련해 반려견 ‘파샤’를 추모하는 집회가 천안에서 열렸습니다. 집회에 참여한 시민들은 천안 신부동 일대에서 파샤가 끌려간 4km 거리를 따라 침묵 행진을 벌였으며 이른바 ‘파샤법’ 추진위원회를 꾸리고 이동 수단에 동물 매달기 금지와 경찰과 지자체의 즉각적인 대응 등을 담은 관련 법 제정을 촉구했습니다.
