奈良県天理市 Tenri (Nara Prefecture), Japan は1991年に韓国の瑞山〈ソサン〉 Seosan (忠清南道 Chungcheongnam-do) と姉妹都市関係 Sister city を結びました。
ソサン瑞山には悲惨な犬肉猫肉産業に対する責任があります。ソサンはとても食用犬肉の需要が高い地域のひとつです。 地獄を想像してみるならば、ソサンを訪れてみてください。添付のビデオではソサンの至る所にある犬繁殖場と屠殺場の映像を見る事ができます。
小さな犬繁殖場から大規模な施設、犬肉市場そして犬肉レストラン restaurants があり、ただただ屠殺されるためだけに生かされているのです。 その屠殺は電撃死、首めがけて撲殺、首を吊り殴り殺す、首を切り出血多量による殺害、火炎放射で焼き殺す、生きたまま熱湯に放り込む等、あらゆる残忍な方法でオリの中で怯えている犬の目の前で屠殺されています。これらの行為は白昼に公の場で行われています。そして、捨てられたペット犬、盗まれたペット犬も同じくおぞましい方法で食用肉として殺害されています。

The Tenri City should not be a Sister city to any city that allows dogs and cats to be tortured and eaten. Please urge the Seosan Mayor Wan-Seop Lee and Chungcheongnam-do Governor Hee-Jeong An to close down all illegal dog farms and slaughterhouses, markets, truckers, and restaurants that serve their products.
