1. 귀하의 민원내용은‘연천군에 있는 개농장은 가축분뇨법상 미신고된 불법 개농장이며 불법 개도살 등 여러 불법성에 대해 확인하여 행정처분 및 즉각적인 폐쇄를 촉구해달라는 취지’인 것으로 이해됩니다.
2. 제출하신 서류는 2022진정197호(담당검사 이호석, 전화 031-820-4764)관련으로 접수되어 이호석 검사실로 인계되었습니다.

1. We understand the petition as a report of the illegal dog farm in Yeoncheon-gun that has not been registered under the Act on the Management and Use of Livestock Excreta, and a request to confirm various illegalities such as illegal dog slaughter and to call for administrative action and immediate closure of the farm.
2. The submitted documents have been filed and transferred to the Office of Prosecutor Lee Hoseok, 2022Petition No. 197 (Prosecutor Lee Hoseok, Tel. 031-820-4764).
3. When the filed petition is marked as ‘completed’ in the e-People service, it simply means that the procedure for reception and distribution of the petition has been completed. Therefore, it does not mean that the petition has been terminated with the notification of the result of the e-people service. The prosecutor’s office who has received the case will continue to investigate and try to resolve the issues. You may feel that the handling of petitions is slow. Please understand that this is because there are internal procedures (time-consuming) such as content review, allocation department review, and designation of the inspector in charge when a petition is filed.
