2. Your civil petition is understood to be a request to close illegal dog farms, slaughterhouses, markets and dog meat restaurants.

3. Our feedback on your inquiry is as follows.
A. There are no illegal dog farms, slaughterhouses or markets operated in Yang-gu County. Therefore, please note that the issue you raised in the complaint doesn’t apply to Yang-gu County.
B. However, please understand that it is not easy to prohibit the use of dog good in a short period of time because the practice of eating dog meat has been formed over a long period of time. And that it should be resolved in stages through a pan-government policy and social consensus.
C. If any animal abuse is reported, Yang-gu County will take stern measures in accordance with legal standards and tighten executive measures to prevent animal abuses.
