result 1. 평소 시정에 관심을 가져주셔서 감사드리며, 귀하께서 국민신문고를 통해 게재하신 민원건에 대하여 아래와 같이 회신합니다.

2. 가축분뇨의 관리 및 이용에 관한 법률 관련
귀하께서 가축분뇨법에 따른 미신고로 민원제기하신 5개소에 대하여 가축분뇨 배출 시설 신고여부 확인 결과 모두 신고되어 있었으며, 현장을 점검한 결과 2개소는 개를 사육하지 않고 있고, 그 외 3개소는 가축분뇨의 유출 등 환경오염행위를 발견치 못하였습니다. 향후 환경오염행위를 예방하고자 정기적으로 지도, 점검을 실시할 예정임을 알려드립니다.

3. 불법 개도살 관련
불법 개 도축과 관련하여 제기하신 민원 현장 확인 결과, 2개소는 개를 사육하지 않고 있었으며, 그 외 장소에는 개 도축을 위해 마련된 공간, 관련 장비 및 기구 등이 없어 개도축 정황을 발견할 수 없었음을 알려드립니다. 아울러 동물보호법 제7조에 의거 동물을 사육하고 있는 환경을 더욱 깨끗하게 관리하여 적정 사육 관리가 될 수 있도록 소유주에게 안내하고, 향후 동물보호법 제8조에 따른 동물학대 행위 등이 확인될 시에 즉시 경찰 고발 조치토록 할 예정입니다.

4. 하수도법 관련
개인 하수처리 시설와 관련하여 원동면 명언고개밑길 12-28번지 외 4개소 확인한 결과, 공공수역으로 인분이 유출되거나 하수도법을 위반한 행위를 발견치 못하였음을 알려드립니다. 아울러, 추후 하수도법을 위반한 행위가 발견될 시 엄중히 행정처분할 것을 알려드립니다.

5. 불법 건축물 관련
우리시 상북면 장자골길 23 및 상북면 산 24-3번지 상 위반건축물의 경우 기존 적발되어 자진철거(원상복구)하도록 행정조치 중입니다.
원동면 명언고개밑길 12-28 및 상북면 오전길 53의 경우 건축법 위반사항은 없습니다.
상북면 오룡길 53-22상 건축법 위반사항이 확인되어 원상복구 시정명령을 위한 사전 통지할 예정입니다.

6. 폐기물 관리법 관련
개 사육농가에 대한 음식물류 폐기물을 불법 반입 민원과 관련하여 관계부서와 협조하여 해당 농가에 대하여 점검한 결과 음식물 급여로 인한 위반사항은 발견치 못하였음을 알려드립니다.

2. Related to the Act on the Management and Use of Livestock Excreta
As a result of checking whether or not the livestock excrement discharge facilities were reported to the five sites that you filed complaints under the Livestock Excreta Act, the two sites were currently closed.
There are no dogs raised, and three other places have not found any environmental pollution such as the leakage of livestock excrement. In the future, we plan to conduct regular guidance and inspections to prevent environmental pollution.

3. Illegal Dog slaughter
As a result of the site confirmation of the complaint you filed regarding the illegal re-farming, two places were not raising dogs, and there was no space, equipment, or equipment for the re-farming.
Let me inform you that no development has been found. In addition, the owner shall manage the environment in which animals are raised in accordance with Article 7 of the Animal Protection Act to ensure proper breeding management.
We will inform a person of any future animal abuse activities under Article 8 of the Animal Protection Act, and will immediately file a police complaint.

4. Sewerage related
Regarding the private sewage treatment facility, we have checked 12-28 Myeongeon Pass under Myeongeon Pass in Wondong-myeon, and we inform you that we have not found any human waste leaked to public waters or violated the Sewage Act.
Furthermore, we inform you that we will take strict administrative action if any violations of the Sewage Act are found in the future.

5. Related to illegal buildings
In the case of buildings that violate Jangjagol-gil 23rd, Sangbuk-myeon, U.S., and San 24-3 Sangbuk-myeon, the government is taking administrative measures to voluntarily remove them.
There are no violations of the Building Act in the case of 12-28 Myeongeon Pass under Dongwon-myeon and 53 Morning Road in Sangbuk-myeon.
A violation of the Building Act on Oryong-gil, Sangbuk-myeon 53-22 has been confirmed and will be notified in advance for a correction order for the restoration of the original state.

6. Related to the Waste Management Act
In cooperation with the relevant departments regarding the illegal import of food waste to dog breeders, the relevant farms were inspected and no violations were found due to food benefits.
