1) The results of dog breeding verification for the above facilities are
① 1-27, Hyeon-ri, Yeongyang-eup, Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do: Facility closed
② 275, Hwacheon-ri, Yeongyang-eup, Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do: Facility closure
③ 602 Sanhae-ri, Ipam-myeon, Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do: Abandoned pet sanctuary, not an illegal dog farm.
④ 8-3, Gokgang-gil, Ilwol-myeon, Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do: Facility closed
⑤San 48-1, Yowon-ri, Seokbo-myeon, Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do: Facility closed
⑥ 331-7, Jigyeong-ri, Seokbo-myeon, Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do: Facility closed

2) Whether to report the installation of livestock excreta treatment facilities: This is a facility subject to report in accordance with Article 2 of the 「Act on the Management and Use of Livestock Manure」 and Article 8 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act.

3) In relation to the violation of Article 8 of the 「Animal Protection Act」, Yeongyang County has taken measures to close all illegal dog breeding farms, and there are no illegal slaughterhouses or sales places.

4) In accordance with the 「Waste Management Act」, the recycling of food waste and feed is operated after prior notification.

5) According to the 「Building Act」, a box-type facility (cage) for dog breeding with a tin or prefabricated panel covering the top does not fall under the Building Act, and a plastic over 100 m2 that treats dog breeding facilities and excrement from dog breeding facilities. A house must be built after reporting, but less than 100㎡ can be built and used without reporting.

6) Sewage Pollution Matters: Those who want to install a building with less than 2 tons of sewage must install a septic tank, and there is no flush toilet.

7) Related to household waste: As a result of inspection of the facility, there was no illegal dumping of household waste.
