a. Our city regularly inspects licensed (registered) pet business establishments, such as animal sales businesses, for compliance with facility and personnel standards and business operator compliance matters according to the Animal Protection Act. We will guide those who wish to operate a pet business in our jurisdiction to apply for permission (registration) and ensure that pet business establishments are operated lawfully.

b. If it is suspected to be an unlicensed (unregistered) pet business establishment, please report it to the National Police Agency (☎112) or the Gyeonggi-do Special Judicial Police Corps (☎031-8008-5030) for penalty matters according to the Animal Protection Act.

c. Also, if you discover any animal abuse in the jurisdiction, please contact the industry team of each district’s economic transportation department (Jangan-gu ☎031-228-5384, Gwonseon-gu ☎031-228-6373, Paldal-gu ☎031-228-7374, Yeongtong-gu ☎031-228-8882) for entry and inspection.
