San Francisco, Fisherman’s Wharf Leafleting Event – August 13, 2016
A big thank you goes out to the volunteers who came out to give a voice to the Korean dogs in the dog meat trade!!! Your compassion and dedication is truly appreciated. Kit, Daniela, Sam (the Golden Retriever), Angela, Rust, Riley (Angela and Rust’s dog), Sheryl, Gabriel, Natalie, Bowman(the Mini Poodle), Pam, Erin, Margaret, Julie and myself. We worked very hard to advocate for the Korean dogs.
We are so lucky to have such a dedicated team of volunteers helping to advocate for the Korean dogs. It was great to have some first-time volunteers helping us as well. We collected a total 938 signatures (Incredible!!!) and handed out over 1,000 leaflets. It was another great day at the famous San Francisco Fisherman’s Wharf, with lots of tourists and visitors from throughout the world, many of whom were from South Korea. Everyone can do something to bring change. What will you do today?

Anyone can take action to give a voice to the Korean dogs. If you live in the US and would like to organize an event in your city or simply want to hand out our leaflets to your friends, family, and neighbors, contact us and we would be happy to send you our campaign leaflets absolutely free. Campaign materials can also be sent outside the US, but at this time free shipping is available only to US residents due to the high cost of shipping to other countries. Please accept our apologies and our thanks!

Update September 7, 2016: Petition signatures have been sent.
Copies of all 546 pages (over 10,000 signatures) of the petition signatures which we had collected since we began collecting signatures at the San Francisco Fisherman’s Wharf events on February 16, 2014, were sent to the petition targets noted below, on September 7, 2016 via the U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail.
