Friendship City Campaign Seoul Dongjak – Cerritos, California
Seoul Dongjak became Friendship city with Cerritos in 2011. But Cerritos authorities would have hesitated to form such a Friendship City relationship had they known about the aberrant and cruel practices routinely carried out in the dog and cat meat trades in Seoul Dongjak and all over South Korea. The internet searches resulted in: 180 Health Food Shops; and 79 dog meat restaurants in the vicinity of Seoul Dongjak. Let’s ask for city of Cerritos to speak out against illegal, horrific cruelty of their Friendship city.

2017 Phone Blitz in solidarity with the Animals’ Battalion’s Boknal Demonstration in New York
Join us from your home!
The Animals’ Battalion will be holding a series of demonstrations for the third year in a row, in New York City, outside the South Korean Consulate, to make that Government aware of how strongly we abhor their indifference to the mass cruelty and suffering inflicted on sentient animals, within the dog and cat meat trades; and also of the failure of that Government to bring about an end to these evil trades.
In mutual support with the Animals’ Battalion, and KoreanDogs.org, no matter where you are in the world, we really hope that you can show your support and make your feelings known, by joining us to be part of ‘one voice’: we are asking you to take part in a telephone and mail ‘blitz’ at the same time as these demonstrations are being held, to back them up by getting your own message across to the South Korean Embassy within your country

Join us! May 27 Saturday – Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco Leafleting and Informational Event on the South Korean Dog Meat Trade
The three-day Memorial Day Weekend, which is a federal holiday in the U.S., will also be the start of the summer vacation season, which will double the number of visitors to Fisherman’s Wharf, the famous San Francisco tourist attraction and landmark. We will be displaying our banners and posters, and will be handing out leaflets and collecting petition signatures against the extremely cruel South Korean dog meat trade. We will need the help of more volunteers to hand out our leaflets and to talk to as many of the visitors as possible, to make them aware of our campaign to help the South Korean dogs and cats. Can you help?
Location: San Francisco, Fisherman’s Wharf located near the corner of Jefferson and Powell streets along the chain link fence.
Date/Time: May 27, 2017 Saturday. 9:30am – 4:45pm.
Contact: Contact RSVP on Facebook or send us a message if you will be coming. Thank you! Dogs are welcome! Hope to see you there! Click HERE to learn more.
