Petition letter sent to the US President Barack Obama. Mailed on 1/11/16.

Thank you for signing our petition, President Obama: Please urge South Korea to ban the dog and cat torture and consumption! We sent the petition letter to the President Barack Obama on January 11, 2016 by US certified mail with return receipt.

We received a response from the White House dated April 28, 2016.

While the response is not what we hoped for, nor is it clear if the Obama administration will be taking any action to address our request, we fiercely believe that every action taken and every letter sent will make a difference.
