Nine dogs that were rescued from a dog trader’s truck last November in 2014 have happily settled down at a boarding near Seoul. Click HERE for Facebook posting about this rescue!
Brave and young activists mobilized four cars to block the truck heading for a slaughterhouse, negotiated with the dog trader at $1,000 (1,100,000 Korean Won) to make him surrender the nine dogs. Unfortunately, only five survived, one is traumatized, one has severe skin problems.
We are trying to find homes in US for two of these dogs.
Their names are Ringo and River, both boys. They are up to date on vaccinations. Our best estimate is that they are about a year old. They are very friendly and adoptable.
If you are interested in adopting them, please contact Patti Kim: [email protected]
Interested in Ringo! Visit us on Facebook at Labrador Hill Sanctuary!
