result 1. Hello. Thank you for your interest and participation in “Beautiful Yeosu, Happy Citizens,” and below is the answer to your civil petition.
2. Your complaint is understood to be related to ‘animal welfare and protection’.
3. Our feedback on your inquiry is as follows.

A. Yeosu-City has implemented animal protection and welfare policies in accordance with the Animal Protection Act, which was enacted on July 1, 1991, and amended 26 times.
B. We are also cracking down on illegal dog farms that are not authorized under the Livestock Act and on the illegal slaughter of dogs and the sale of dog meat that are prohibited for food under the Livestock Products Sanitation Act.
C. Yeosu-City promises to carry out animal welfare and protection policies in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Korea.
