CARE: Da-an walked for the first time in his life without a leash in a big yard.

👉 CARE: The dog who was never loved

Da-an walked without a leash in a large yard for what must have been the very first time in his life. However, this experience came far too late. Da-an’s legs have become bent, his strength has diminished, and he has even lost his sight, making it impossible for him to run freely. After years of being tied to a tree without a home, Da-an has arrived at RUN, the adoption center of CARE. 👉 Click HERE to learn more about Da-an’s rescue.

He has been hospitalized for a long time. Following a visit to a veterinary ophthalmology clinic, we received the heartbreaking diagnosis that his condition was untreatable. He has already missed the window for recovery through treatment. Now, Da-an requires skin care to prevent further deterioration and must manage his eyes to avoid worsening. With spots at RUN not immediately available, Da-an had to wait at the Yellow Dog Shelter after his long-term treatment. RUN is an adoption center, but Da-an’s chance of being adopted may be uncertain. Nevertheless, Da-an had to come to RUN because he deserves to live in a more comfortable space.

RUN offers a protective environment with indoor kennels and an artificial turf yard. However, it incurs significant costs relative to the number of dogs it can shelter. Not every dog in CARE’s shelters can enter RUN, as CARE currently has 800 rescued dogs. Maintaining RUN represents a considerable financial burden, but we remain committed to its mission at all costs.

🫡 To ensure the stable operation of RUN, please consider supporting us through regular contributions. Your help will allow us to maintain this vital space and provide the care dogs like Da-an deserve.

🙏🏼 Da-an’s skin has improved significantly, but it still has an odor, indicating that his healing is not yet complete. The neglect he endured has deepened his condition. Da-an requires special meals tailored to his needs to aid his recovery from malnutrition. Your ongoing support is essential for dogs like Da-an on their journey to recovery. Thank you for making a difference!

💗 To donate to Coexistence of Animal Rights on Earth (CARE), the best option is to contribute directly to them. However, we have set up a GoFundMe page for those who prefer an alternative where you can donate and share with your friends and family. Rest assured, 100% of the funds raised on GoFundMe will be donated to CARE. (South Korea is not on the list of Countries supported on GoFundMe, so KoreanDogs.org is raising money for CARE instead.) 👉 GoFundMe Link: https://gofund.me/d483838d
