Sharing for Coexistence of Animal Rights on Earth (CARE)

Coexistence of Animal Rights on Earth (CARE) has rescued over 800 animals from crises such as dog farms, slaughterhouses, and abuse cases. They protect and care for these animals at various shelters, such as the adoption center “Run” and the “Saekkot (New Flower)” shelter.

There is one thing we want to give these animals more than anything: the assurance of being fed without worrying about hunger. Most of these animals are large, many are fearful, and many are also quite old. Because of this, finding them forever homes may almost be impossible.

However, there is one thing we can be sure of: we will give these animals a life free from fear until the day they leave us. This might be the first promise ever made to them: “We will protect you.”

Our promise to these animals is collective, and we can only keep it with your support. You’ve already shown your commitment by helping us rescue and protect them. Now, we’re asking for your help to ensure we can continue to keep our promise to them.

케어는 개농장, 개도살장, 학대 등 위기의 현장에서 800명이 넘는 동물들을 구조하여 입양센터 런, 새꽃쉼터 등 여러 보호소에서 아이들을 보호하고 또 케어 해주고 있습니다.
그런 아이들에게 가장 해주고 싶은 것 한 가지.
바로 배고픔 걱정 없이 밥을 챙겨주는 것입니다.
대부분의 아이들은 모두 덩치도 크고 두려움도 많고 또 나이도 많은 친구들도 많습니다. 그렇다보니 빠른 시일 내에 평생 가족을 만나게 해준다는 것은 어찌보면 불가능한 일일지도 모릅니다.
하지만, 확실한 한 가지가 있습니다. 바로, 이 아이들이 떠나는 그 날까지 그 동안 느껴보지 못한 ‘두렵지 않아도 되는 삶’을 선물해줄 것입니다.
이 아이들에겐 아마 세상에서 처음 한 약속이 아닐까 싶습니다.
‘너희들을 꼭 지켜줄게.’
이 약속은 결코 케어 혼자 지킬 수 있는 약속이 아닙니다.
