Although we were hoping for a more supportive response, we understand and appreciate that the State of Maryland has taken the time to reply, as many of our petition recipients have not.
Given this, we might consider contacting “The Secretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs” at the U.S. State Department, as suggested, and continuing our efforts with the State of Maryland.
