Response from Utah Governor Spencer J. Cox regarding Sister State Campaign – Gyeonggi Province, South Korea – Utah

Below is a response we received on November 22, 2021, from Utah’s Constituent Services regarding our campaign to Utah Governor Spencer J. Cox: urging him to tell Utah’s Sister State, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea, that he opposes the torture and consumption of dogs and cats.
