Thank you for your concerns on the food hygiene improvement.
First, based on the Article 44 of the Food Sanitation Act you have raised, I’m afraid it is not possible to be applied to the current law since it does not include dogs in the range of livestock prescribed by the Livestock Food Sanitation Act.

Also, regarding Articles 4 and 5 of the Food Sanitation Act, we have personally visited a place of business that handles dog meat and confirmed that the goat handling area uses slaughtered meat in accordance with the hygiene regulations.
