Call for action: Yangsan Deokgae-dong illegal dog farm

I was told that this dog farm/slaughterhouse received a permit to breed livestock based on the fact that it would be equipped with a proper excrement and sewage treatment facility. However, as I visited this dog farm/slaughterhouse, I observed that there are no excrement or sewage treatment facilities/equipment in sight.
