3. It is difficult to apply the provision because the statute is a part of the state, not the local government. However, we will punish the killing of animals through Article 8 of the Animal Protection Act. Also, there are currently no illegal slaughterhouses in Yeonggwanggun and we will pay attention to them so that they do not occur.
