Ansan: 70 Dogs in Hell!
These are photos and information we received from an animal advocate in South Korea.
There are two dog farms breeding dogs for consumption located in Ansan near Choji Station. You can see these dog farms looking down from the parking lot of the Ansan Golf Practice Center(안산골프연습장, 경기도 안산시 단원구 원곡1동).
There are over forty dogs in one farm and thirty dogs in the another farm eating rotten garbage, mice and cats.
These places are covered by metal sheets. There’s no sun coming through the cages and the dogs are all soaking wet sitting in their own urine and excrement. They are shivering from fear in tiny cages where they can’t even stretch. There are mice eating the rotten garbage left for the dogs.
Please sign petitions against the South Korean Dog Meat Cruelty!

I have always refused to go to Asia… no matter how beautiful it is, but most of the population is disgusting. And I can see, why?? These poor beautiful souls without any hope to be free and happy and live in a dignity as dogs. We need to stop this situation now!

I agree with Wendy. This is about these poor animals. Vivek, we are not ignorant of what goes on in the world.Cruelty happens everywhere and everyday but this thread is about getting people aware and doing what they can about this dire situation.

These pictures are horrendous, full blown cruelty, these people who do this are so wicked and cruel, I’m crying for these dogs, please this has got to stop, rescue these poor unfortunate dogs and give them a life they were put on this earth for to be mans best friend.
Asia, Dogs are our friends, not a cheap source of food. Humanely breed chickens and eat eggs. Humans need to urgently reduce having babies, to bring human population down, and give our planet and all other species a fighting chance to recover. And leave our Rhino’s alone too, eat your own hair and fingernails.

I agree with Penny. I also think that some people in the world need to stop their absurd and barbaric traditions. I am mostly speaking for asians and the southern part of the world. This can’t go on. I will try to boicott Korean products.
A law should be given that will stop dogs cruelty and using them as a source of food and whoever do not respect this law should be punished in the court of law What happens with these souls created by God is terrible I can not believe it What kind of person will do all these cruelties to these nice lovable dogs This should absolutely stop

i love all animals and I find sad that people write so much feelings of hate about other cultures . May be they grow dogs because they do not have any other solutions to feed they kids …This is not a reason to torture and make suffer these poor dogs. But we have to make them change and respect dogs and all animals…

Cruelty beyond belief! Utterly disgusting treatment of a living creature. I feel heartbroken and furious looking at these photos. PLEASE someone help these dogs, there must be someone with the authority to help end this vile torture of dogs and cats? This is barbaric, horrific and inexcusable! Any country that thinks this is acceptable is sick!!!
