Killing dogs for food is a violation of Article 8 Clause 1 of the Animal Protection Act, which will be reported in a jin-an newspaper article to inform the people of the matter and will continue to promote awareness improvement programs to prevent dog slaughter.
Jin-an County is trying to improve welfare, and the slaughter issue is under constant surveillance.
