We mailed petition letters for the petition, Governors of Missouri and Oregon: Tell Sister State, Jeollanam-do, South Korea, That We’re Opposed to Torture and Consumption of Dogs and Cats! to Governor Nixon and Governor Brown by USPS Certified mail with return receipt service, and copies of these letters to the Jeollanam-do Governor Lee by USPS international first class mail as below on September 14, 2015.
