국민신문고 답변서
1. 안녕하십니까? 선생님께서 국민신문고를 통해 신청하신 민원(신청번호 1AA-2108-0603736)에 대한 처리결과를 아래와 같이 알려드립니다.
2. 신문고 접수 이후, 관내 개농장을 방문하여 실제 민원 내용대로 위반 사항이 있는지 확인하였으나, 일부 농가는 폐업, 타용도로 소규모 사육(수렵견)중이었으며,
3. 실제 영업 중인 농가는 위반 사항 없이 건축물 신고, 가축분뇨배출시설 신고, 폐기물처리 신고 등이 돼있음을 확인하였습니다. 또한, 불법 도축이 이루어지고 있다는 내용에 대해서도, 관내 개농장에서는 사육 목적으로만 농장을 운영 중이었으며, 불법 도축이 이루어지지 않고 있음을 확인하였습니다.
4. 기타 식품위생법 위반으로 재래시장에서 개 시체를 전시하거나, 개고기 식당에서 출처를 알 수 없는 개고기를 판매하는 등의 내용은 한국인의 정서와 동떨어진 내용이며, 우리 군에서는 이루어지지 않는 것이 사실입니다.

2. After receiving the newsletter, I visited the dog farm in the jurisdiction to check if there were any violations according to the details of the complaint, but some farms were closed and were in small-scale breeding (hound) for other purposes.
3. It has been confirmed that the actual farmhouse in operation has reported buildings, livestock excreta facilities, and waste disposal reports without any violation. In addition, it was confirmed that illegal slaughtering was carried out at the dog farm in the jurisdiction, and that the farm was operated for breeding purposes only, and that illegal slaughter was not carried out.
4. Other contents such as displaying dog corpses in traditional markets or selling dog meat at dog meat restaurants are far from Korean sentiment, and it is true that it is not done in our military.
