– 해당 장소에서 개도살등 동물보호법 위반사항이 없음을 알려드립니다.
다. 환경과 폐기물관리팀 이현호(031-580-2592)
– 귀하께서 민원을 제기하신 11개소에 대한 점검결과 5개소는「폐기물관리법」에 따라 음식물류 폐기물을 재활용처리 신고하여 적정하게 운영 중인 사업장이며, 그 외 6개소는 소규모 시설로 미가동 또는 외부에서 반입된 음식물 및 폐기물 투기사항을 발견하지 못하였음을 알려드립니다.
라. 건축과 건축기획팀 이민석(031-580-2396)
– 현장에서 확인된 건축법 위반사항에 대하여「건축법」제79조에 따른 시정 명령 통보 이후 조치기한 내 원상복구 미 조치 시 동법 제80조(이행강제금) 및 제108조, 제110조, 제111 조(벌칙) 등 관련규정에 따라 이행강제금 부과 등 행정처분계획임을 알려드립니다.
마. 하수도사업소 생활하수팀 이주수(031-580-4462)
– 해당 시설에 대한 확인 결과, 사업장 내 관리사가 있는 경우 이동식화장실을 사용하거나 개인하수처리시설을 설치·운영하고 있음을 확인하였으며, 인근 공공수역으로의 무단 방류 등 위반사항은 확인할 수 없었습니다.

– We inform you that there are no violations according to the relevant Act.
B. Livestock Distribution Division, Animal Welfare Team, Lee Yu-jeong (82-31-580-4748)
– We inform you that there are no violations of the Animal Protection Act such as dog slaughtering, etc. in the relevant place.
C. Environment Division, Waste Management Team, Lee Hyun-ho (82-31-580-2592)
– As a result of inspecting 11 sites indicated in your inquiry, 5 sites were operated properly by reporting the recycling of food wastes according to the 「Wastes Control Act」, and 6 sites were small-scale facilities to be in
non-operation, or illegal discharge of foods and wastes brought in from outside were not discovered.
D. Architecture Division, Architectural Planning Team, Lee Min-seok (82-31-580-2396)
– Regarding the violation of the Building Act verified in the site, when the action for restoring to the original state within the deadline is not taken after notifying the corrective order according to Article 79 in the 「Building
Act」, we inform you that administrative measures such as imposing charge for compelling the performance can be taken according to the relevant regulations including Article 80 (Charge for Compelling the Performance), Article 108, Article 110 and Article 111 (Penalty), etc. in the same Act.
E. Sewerage Office, Domestic Sewage Team, Lee Joo-soo (82-31-580-4462)
– As a result of checking the relevant facility, we have verified that any manager of the place of business uses portable toilets, and individual sewage treatment facility is installed and operated. There were no violations such as illegal discharge to the public waters nearby.
