– 해당 장소에서 개도살등 동물보호법 위반사항이 없음을 알려드립니다.
다. 환경과 환경미화팀(031-580-2552)
– 귀하께서 민원을 제기하신 농장을 ‘20.12.14. ~ ‘20.12.16. 현장 확인한 결과, 「폐기물관리법」에 따라 음식물류 폐기물을 재활용처리 신고하여 적정하게 운영 중인 사업장이며, 상색리 212의 경우 개사료 급여로 「폐기물관리법」에 따른 음식물류 폐기물은 발견할 수 없었고, 생활폐기물 불법투기 및 방치행위도 없었음을 알려드립니다.
라. 건축과 건축기획팀(031-580-2398)
– 현장에서 확인된 건축법 위반사항에 대하여 건축법 제79조(위반건축물 등에 대한 조치 등)에 따른 시정 명령 통보 이후 조치기한 내 원상복구 미 조치 시에는 동법 제80조(이행강제금) 및 제108조, 제110조, 제111조(벌칙) 등 관련 규정에 따라 이행강제금 부과 등 행정처분계획임을 알려드립니다.

A. Sewage Businesses Livestock Environment Team (031-580-4463)
– We inform you that there are no violations under the relevant laws.
B. Agricultural Policy and Livestock Quarantine Team (031-580-4748)
– We inform you that there are no violations regarding animal protection laws, such as dog slaughter, at the location.
C. Environmental Beautification Team (031-580-2552)
– As a result of conducting an on-site check in the farm you mentioned in your complaint from “20.12.14. to 20.12.16. According to the Waste Management Act, food waste from the farm was reported properly to be recycled under the Waste Management Act.
In Sangyang-ri 212, food waste was not found and there was no illegal dumping under the Waste Management Act.
D. Architecture and Architecture Planning Team (031-580-2398)
– For violations of the Building Act identified at the site, the administrative penalty will be given in accordance with the regulations related to Articles 80 (implementation penalty) and 108, 110 and 111 (punishment) of the Act.
