[Update September 16, 2020] After several attempt to get the city of Gyeongju to respond to my e-People petition, we finally received the below response which basically states that they cannot and will not stop the dog meat industry operating in their city.

👎🏼 An English translation was not provided so we had asked for it through the “satisfaction survey on the petition handling process”.
Also, this response seems to suggest that they either don’t understand our petition or is being deceptive. Therefore, we believe that it calls for an independent review. So we have filed another e-People petition requesting that an independent review is conducted on his response.
